President Buhari's Daughter Zahra set to Wed Zamfara State Governor

Nigerian President Muhammadu  Buhari's daughter Zahra who is 20 years old has revealed she is set to marry Governor Abdulaziz Yari of Zamfara State claims to be 47 years old.

Yari married his third wife, the daughter of Shinkafi, and got the support of the people of Zamfara.

Yari has made several moves to marry the pretty daughter of President Muhammadu Buhari.

The latest of which was checking into the same hotel, UN Millennium Hotel in New York, where the first was lodged during the United Nations General Assembly.

Sources say Yari is making moves to marry Zahra because of his 2019 political ambition.

Yari has reportedly sent emissaries to persuade the President to rescind his earlier stance on refusing him to marry Zahra.

Sources told this news house that Yari switched tactics and is currently courting the attention of Zahra’s mum, Aisha Buhari.

It is reported that Governor Yari had sent gifts to the first lady and other members of the Buhari family.

He is also alleged to have funded the First Lady’s recent Hajj trip to Saudi Arabia with $1million.

“He has not only been using Halima’s husband[Buhari’s inlaw], he has also reached out to the first lady and showered her with several gifts including money when she was going for Hajj.

“I think the First Lady is playing along and Zahra seems interested in the deal. She too wants to be politically relevant.

“The only stumbling block now is that the President wants his daughter to marry someone not as old as Governor Yari,” according to the source.

But the president is not buying the gist. He had warned Yari to stay clear of Zahra.

Recall that Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna State was rumored to be interested in the President’s daughter too.

We don’t know if El Rufai has changed his mind.

It’s shameful to note that while other country’s’ leaders are going about the welfare of their people, ours are going about the welfare of their man hoods!
